Reagent for conversion of red hematoxylin stained nuclei to blue Scott's solution enables fast and accurate bluing of nuclear chromatins and membranes of cell nucleus. It is also known as Scott's tap water substitute. Treat the samples with Scott's solution after differentiating the sample with Acid alcohol or HCL Pap reagent.
